Welcome to the website of Bobby Taylor Vance.  My approach to serving my clients is to provide a personalized attorney-client relationship based on each client's unique concerns and requirements.   My philosophy is based on the commitment to provide experienced advice to my clients. My experience is detailed as follows:

  • Twelve years in private practice engaged in the general practice of law with emphasis in criminal defense, tort, workers' compensation, family law and social security.
  •  In excess of five years with the Department of Justice/United States Attorney as a clerk, law intern, and special prosecutor.
  • Experience in Title VII, ADA, ADEA, Family Medical Leave Act, Sexual Harassment and other labor-law cases.
  • Cumulative experience includes litigation of cases at the federal court level, state court level and administrative level in both trial and appellate contexts.
  • Certified to teach by the State of Mississippi.
  • In excess of six years as adjunct professor in undergraduate and paralegal studies programs.
